
Business Consultant (SES REUSE)

- Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements;
- Work in Business Requirements (BR), Stakeholder Requirements (SHR) Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) elicitation, analysis, and categorization;
- Contribute to the decomposition of BR and SHR into solution-level requirements, FR and NFR;
- Assist in verification and quality checks of the requirements (BR, SHR, FR, NFR);
- Support the maintenance of Transversal Requirements (TVR);
- Work on establishing traceability and dependencies between requirements and architecture elements;
- Assist in the configuration and enhancement of RQMT (SES ENGINEERING Studio);
- Support the migration and integration of the requirements stored in SPARX Enterprise Architect (SPARX EA) into RQMT;
- Contribute to incremental requirements migration planning and support the execution of migration plans for defined projects;
- Participate in the execution of increments in RQMT;
- Assist in the integration of various requirement types (BR, SHR, FR, NFR, TVR) into RQMT, and;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years or more as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling requirements and UML.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management and strong experience with requirements traceability and integration.
- Hands-on experience with the REUSE Company and SES ENGINEERING Studio platform and tools such RQA Quality Studio, RAT Authoring tool, Traceability studio V&V Studio and Knowledge manager.
- Experience in the use of modelling and design tools in Business or IT projects (SPARX EA).
- Strong knowledge of BABOK v3 and familiarity with standards such as IREB, INCOSE and SeBOK.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018: Systems and software engineering - Life cycle processes - Requirement's engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO15288 [ISO/IEC/IEEE15288:2023] Systems and software engineering - Content of life-cycle information items.
- Knowledge of Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE).
- Capacity in writing documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Very good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum software development methodologies.
- Fluency in English, French language knowledge is an advantage.
