Server Ops and Back-Office Management Consultants

Responsibilities:
a. Solid and proven professional experience as IT system engineer working on Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory upon x86 Servers and server virtualization platforms.
b. Strong expertise with Microsoft Active Directory administration and management; skillful in GPO planning and operation
c. With good skill expertise and experience in Microsoft Windows server system administration, configuration and strong ability of troubleshooting, daily operation, and maintenance of Windows Server Operating systems; skillful in planning, operating and maintain DHCP, DNS, CA, DFS, CIFS services with Windows Server OS.
d. With good skill expertise and experience in Microsoft Windows server operating system administration, configuration and strong ability of troubleshooting, daily operation, and maintenance of Windows Server Operating systems. Expertise in and UNIX / Enterprise Linux OS is preferred.
e. On-hand experience and strong expertise with Microsoft Active Directory administration and management; skillful in GPO planning and operation
f. Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft M365 services and MS Outlook based mail system planning, operation, and administration; strong and in-depth understanding in SMTP protocol and MS Outlook Anywhere, ActiveSync technologies; strong expertise in MS Outlook 365 service troubleshooting
g. Solid experience and skills in Microsoft SCCM for application administration, distribution, and terminal management.
h. Strong sense in cybersecurity and good experience in mainstream cybersecurity vulnerability management system.
i. Bearing Certificate of MCSE or equivalent level of certificates from Microsoft for Windows server OS and Microsoft 365 administration is a must.
j. Solid experience with deployment, administration, configuration, and management for Microsoft SharePoint is preferred (Optional).
k. Bearing at least 1 type of certificate in cybersecurity professional such as CISSP, OSCP, CISA, or other certificate(s) from mainstream cybersecurity manufacturer(s) accepted by customer is preferred.
l. On-hand experience with enterprise data storage system administration and management, good knowledge and skills for mainstream enterprise disk and tape-based data storage system architecture, technology details, maintenance, and operation of storage system
m. In depth understanding of storage volume management, volume grouping and partitioning by Microsoft Windows Server volume management.
n. Proven experience in and certified for storage system management from NetApp, Dell-EMC, HPE, Huawei, or other mainstream manufacturer certificates for product administration skills accepted by customer.
o. On-hand experience with SAN network and storage system administration and management, good knowledge and skills for mainstream storage system and SAN equipment technology principles, fabric and zone planning, maintenance, and operations
p. Solid experience and skills with planning, maintenance, administration, and operation for server virtualization system of VMware
q. Bearing certificate of VMware VCP certificate in data center virtualization is preferred (Optional).
r. In-depth understanding and solid experience with operation for enterprise data backup and protection systems such as Veritas NetBackup, Commvault Simpana and VEEAM Availability Suite is preferred (Optional).
s. Proven overseas professional experience of at least 1 year working service delivery or O&M service type project overseas; quality and capability to work in harsh environments under pressure.
t. Proficient and fluent in both oral and writing English expression.
