We are now inviting applications for the following position:Customer Service Officer (Administration)Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support including handling telephone enquiry, in/out mails, courier service and meeting room arrangement, etc
- Prepare regular reports and other documents as needed
- Monitor and order office supplies such as stationery and printed matters
- Maintain the database and filing system accurately
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Work independently and good communication skills
