- Performing maintenance and troubleshooting operations on 3D printers installed at client sites (6 technologies in total, 1 metal and 5 polymers).
- With your technical expertise, you participate in analysis and diagnostics in collaboration with technical and application teams.
- Ensuring the installation of new equipment at clients’ sites.
- Participating in the training of technical contacts, in close collaboration with support teams.
- Regularly reporting your activity to monitor the evolution of installed equipment.
- Reports to the sales team information that could lead to new sales.
- Focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- This position requires travel up to 70% of the time to various sites, at clients’ locations, in France, and occasionally abroad.
- With a technical background of at least a 2-year technical degree with a specialty in industrial maintenance, such as a BTS MAI, you have multiple experiences as a Technician in machine tools or industrial Additive Manufacturing.
- You demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Beyond your technical and interpersonal skills, you are proactive in a continuous effort to improve products and have a strong inclination for fieldwork.
