About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and passionate Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) to join our Defense Business in the Fabrics Organization for the United Kingdom and NATO (NSPA) Market. In this role, you will work very closely with your cross functional Team, such as Inside Sales, Application Engineer, Product Specialist and Sales Leader. Your primary responsibilities include to further develop the UK and NSPA Defense market, building the appropriate relationships in within the End User Communities and continue fostering close relationships with our customers.This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations that are within the UK.Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for the sales results in your region
  • Understand the organization and buying behavior of the Armed Forces in your territory and develop a clear plan to further develop the market
  • Identify the Key Stakeholders and decision takers in the End User communities and build long term and strong relationships with them
  • Develop clear Business Plans and Playbooks with Our Customers, identifying key opportunities in the market and defining the right actions to successfully win them
  • Identify, select, and prioritize opportunities in within the region and assure we can support them and gain followership to make sure we can resource them to win with the cross functional Team
  • Utilize the sales tools to move your opportunities in within the sales funnel
  • Strive for business in a compliant manner
  • Promote and sale broad portfolio of garment products and support our footwear and glove business, in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in industries in the area of sales and marketing, preferable with premium products
  • Experienced in working with different cultures as you will work in a truly global team
  • An appreciation of high quality products, with a strong focus on the long-term consultative approach
  • Teamwork is just as important to you as acting independently
  • Your approach to solving problems is highly structured and you are keen to take the initiative and move things on
  • English fluent, other European languages are a plus
  • Ability & willingness to travel up to 50% of your time, including internationally
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in the use of CRM´s, such as Salesforce
