- Be accountable for the sales results in your region
- Understand the organization and buying behavior of the Armed Forces in your territory and develop a clear plan to further develop the market
- Identify the Key Stakeholders and decision takers in the End User communities and build long term and strong relationships with them
- Develop clear Business Plans and Playbooks with Our Customers, identifying key opportunities in the market and defining the right actions to successfully win them
- Identify, select, and prioritize opportunities in within the region and assure we can support them and gain followership to make sure we can resource them to win with the cross functional Team
- Utilize the sales tools to move your opportunities in within the sales funnel
- Strive for business in a compliant manner
- Promote and sale broad portfolio of garment products and support our footwear and glove business, in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders
- University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in industries in the area of sales and marketing, preferable with premium products
- Experienced in working with different cultures as you will work in a truly global team
- An appreciation of high quality products, with a strong focus on the long-term consultative approach
- Teamwork is just as important to you as acting independently
- Your approach to solving problems is highly structured and you are keen to take the initiative and move things on
- English fluent, other European languages are a plus
- Ability & willingness to travel up to 50% of your time, including internationally
- Knowledge in the use of CRM´s, such as Salesforce
