Logistic PMO Support

• Streamlining and maintain processes to support project implementation from stakeholders
• Monitor and track activities, tasks, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including external parties
• Liaise between stakeholder, managing the communication with internal stakeholders on various projects and tasks
• Create and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Support administrative for each stage of the project

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a project management role in Express/Logistic company
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
