1.Kitchen Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, and coordinate with the Purchasing Officer for timely replenishment.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene practices.
2.Front-of-House Support:
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining areas, facilitating efficient service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
3.Staff Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members to support their professional growth and development.
4.Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, equipment, and storage facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food presentation and taste to maintain high-quality standards and address any issues or concerns promptly.
5.Multilingual Communication:
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers in English, Mandarin, and Thai to ensure clear understanding and smooth operations.

- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Thai is a must. Cantonese language skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
