Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Candidate would be responsible for the Facilities & Administration of ALSTOM's Industrial Site at Kolkata.As Facilities Officer the person would be responsible for all the functional and governance aspects of the Site relevant to Facilities Management and Employees Services. The role would require high level of cross functional working with other support services. Area of governance would include internal and external liaisoning required for smooth functioning of the Site.The position would be based out of Kolkata and reports administratively to the Unit Head and functionally to India Head for Facilities.Expected Skill Set

Good Spoken and Written communication.
High on Inter-personal and Cross Functional Management.
Financial acumen to manage Site Budget and Spend
Experienced in Planning and implementation
Good at crisis management.
Proficient in computer applications

Contract Administration.
Budget & Spend Management
Monitoring of House Keeping Services.
Employee Transport.
Canteen Management
Administration of Employee Well Being Services
Equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance
Space planning and efficient management
Procurement and Management of Assets and Supplies
Vendor Management
Coordination of Business Travel and Accommodation Management
Off Site and Event Management.
MIS & Database management.
Implementing EHS guidelines for Industrial Site
Labour Law enforcement pertaining to the delivery scope.

Qualification & Experience

Post Graduate and above.
Minimum Ten years of experience as Site lead for Facilities.
Experience in Industrial Sector having 200+ workforce.
