- Monitors PWD program compliance with the PWS, SOWs, collects and analyzes PWD data, such as performance metrics and dashboards.
- Works in close coordination with the Operations Manager (O&M) in the writing and development of technical proposals, basis of estimates, bill of materials, and charge code assignments in support LOTDs.
- Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities.
- Interacts with the military, and other departments, both over the telephone and in person, professionally and tactfully.
- Maintains and controls files for applicable correspondence, policies/procedures, reports, directives, and bulletins.
- Tracks and maintains information with Department Managers to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly slides, spreadsheets, and reports are maintained and produced in a timely manner and Quality checks for accuracy.
- Works with PWD Property Supervisor to maintain oversight of Property for the sections.
- Manage and maintain through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submit program status reports IAW established Project Operating Procedures (POP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and the contract.
- Ensure suspense dates and times for data reporting are met.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have NACI.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License is required.
- Associates degree
- Experience:
- Five (5) year's total experience with at least two years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Environmental Handbook and applicable regulations
- Requires two (2) years of experience evaluating operations and business functions and recommending improvements, modification and changes.
- Prefer experience in direct customer service communications or office or business automation.
- Experience with the Army’s Supply System preferred.
- Skills:
- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office and/or other related applications.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides general supervision and oversight for the Property Section
- Working Conditions:
- Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
- Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
- Physical Requirements:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
- Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
