- Processing of customer complaints according to PDCA.
- Support in error analysis and development of error prevention measures.
- Initiation, implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
- Leading task force teams (international experts from various organizational units) to proactively solve quality problems.
- Identifying improvement potentials, defining procedures and instructions to ensure product and process quality.
- Quality Management for a defined Product Portfolio to ensure and improve quality.
- Quality Planning (Novelties) and participation in development projects including FMEA.
- Technical bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Professional experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing companies.
- Profound knowledge and application of quality standards, methods, and tools.
- High level of analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Very good command of MS Office
- Structured and reliable way of working.
- Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment.
