We're investing in new technologies, talented people and innovation so we can help create a better tomorrowJob DescriptionWorking within the Global Innovation Team the Analyst will serve as a key member of Innovation Operations. This role will be instrumental in developing innovation into Experian's culture and ways of working across global and regional aspects of the organisation.What you'll be doing:
  • Analysing the health of the innovation system and identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and areas for action; work with others across the innovation system to drive continuous improvement
  • Evolving data collection to support system evolution as well as influence other users of the data;
  • Supporting the Innovation Leadership Team to build a global community of innovation experts that are successfully embedded in the regions culture;
  • Creating and maintaining executive level business performance dashboards depicting key innovation performance metrics, benchmarks and targets by which the Experian executive can make decisions on priorities and actions;
  • Standardising and simplifying data collection for the creation of ISM dashboards;
  • Working with Innovation leadership to successfully identify barriers and anti-patterns that slow adoption;
  • Delivering changes necessary to influence innovation performance metrics.
QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
  • Around 4 years of experience in a data analyst, process improvement, project or PMO role;
  • Strong written and verbal English;
  • Strong analytical background with strong experience of both Business and Technical Analysis
  • Experience with Design and Innovation methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean Start Up, Design for Delight, Design Sprints, etc.;
  • Experience with professional Portfolio Management techniques;
  • Possesses vision and ability to create new functions and processes where none existed previously, strong change management skills;
  • Executive level communications (written and oral) to facilitate and inform executive-level discussions around progress/challenges/risks/funding for all innovation projects globally;
  • Experience with strategic programs and organisational, technological and commercial change;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong track record of shaping and communicating complex strategic concepts.
  • Lean Six Sigma Desirable, P3O or similar.
