- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts with software and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
- Develop graphics, images, videos, and designs using design software.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
- Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Internship working in Graphic Design welcomed.
- Exceptional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- This is an onsite position and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
- Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents.
- Sitting sometimes for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
