SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business needs. The Graphic Designer will work with the leadership team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.Duties
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
  • Develop concepts with software and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget.
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
  • Develop graphics, images, videos, and designs using design software.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Internship working in Graphic Design welcomed.
  • Exceptional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • This is an onsite position and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
  • Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents.
  • Sitting sometimes for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
