- Meeting sales objectives by driving Inside sales opportunities. You will provide quotas, interpret customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs
- You will handle your own sales funnel using your own initiative to identify business opportunities by taking a creative approach
- Actively build business opportunities and represent Agilent in all sales activities working with the field staff. In addition, retain and grow the existing customers
- Solves non-routine issues and problems within field of specialization
- Works on inside sales assignments/administrative tasks
- University degree within the science field -- e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
- Proven experience in analytical techniques (Chromatography or Spectroscopy) in a similar position or as an end user
- Experience in Sales would be a plus
- Spanish skills at a professional/native level is required, excellent English is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- the ability to understand customer requirements, balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs and prioritize your workload effectively
- a strong desire to learn and expand your technical and soft skills that will ultimately drive your success
