The Bar Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders and payments, serving drinks, and providing a positive experience. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.DutiesDeliver exceptional levels of customer service ensuring all guests enjoy a unique and memorable dining experienceAccurately process all orders through the till systems, issue bills and obtain paymentDevelop excellent product knowledge to answer guest questions and offer recommendationsDeliver drinks to guests in a timely manner and attend to the needs of guests throughout the dining processComplete set up, handover and close-down duties to a high standardOur Bar Assistant will be:Passionate and experienced within customer serviceA strong team playerOrganised and able to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive and able to work well under pressureIdeally have knowledge and experience in cocktail makingN.B.
