- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Be on top of details of all deals going through the sales pipeline, ensuring healthy conversion and no rotting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and improve sales processes.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum C2 (Proficiency) level of English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong and proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. An engineering degree is a bigger plus.
