Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior HR Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the field of HR. As a Junior HR Associate, you will support various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract top talent.
Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding.
Employee Relations:
  • Support employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with HRIS data entry and report generation as needed.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
HR Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support HR audits and investigations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is desirable.
