- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding.
- Support employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback.
- Assist in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with HRIS data entry and report generation as needed.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR audits and investigations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is desirable.
