Overview: We are currently looking to recruit a full time Cleanroom On Premises Distribution Representative to join our company. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years managing a small team of 5-6 people minimum.They should have excellent organisational and communication skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can work both independently and as part of a team.This role is located in the Cork/Waterford region working on a number of customer locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self motivated and looking to gain new skills in a growing business.Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the site teams on a day-to-day basis. This includes general co-ordination duties of staff in each site and all the related aspects of their roles including training and organisation of holiday and absence leave.
  • Role will include the organisation and assistance in the physical distribution of required quantities of stock to all areas of the site as well as preparation of soiled garments into Trolleys for collection by CWS drivers.
  • Build strong rapport with all parties - the customer, the onsite FM company, and colleagues.
  • Taking receipt of orders for new workwear wearers from customer portal and placing garment orders with the existing customer garment supplier.
  • Ensure that CWS are adhering to Site Service Level Agreement.
  • Be aware of and ensure consistent compliance with the clients Health, Safety & Quality policies, and procedures as well as the CWS policies.
  • Ensure Service Inspections/audits at sites are carried out in detail, documented, and executed in a timely and efficient manner and any anomalies/issues are actioned promptly.
  • Liaise with client frequently and ensure any meetings are recorded and information fed back to the Account owners.
  • Ensuring customers queries are answered in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Management of weekly hours with payroll and ensure expenses payments are approved in a timely manner.
  • Management of site specific and employee documentation.
  • Ad hoc tasks and project work as required.

  • Ability to complete training as required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Honesty and accountability.
  • Good IT Skills – Experience in Salesforce, MS Office
  • Full clean driving licence.
Hours of work:39 hour working week Monday-Saturday.*You will be required to work a limited number of weekends per year to cover leave and training.*Benefits:
