Barden are delighted to partner with the Group Tax Function of a Global Technology Business.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Indirect Tax Manager to join the Group HQ in Dublin.Ideally this will suit an experienced Indirect Tax Professional with at least five years’ experience, who is interested in joining an innovative and collaborative indirect tax team.Working with a collaborative team, you will support the business on various indirect tax matters. This will suit a professional who thrives in a team environment and enjoys interacting with various business stakeholders on a global scale.ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage the global VAT compliance process.
Assist with VAT audit queries.
Aid various international VAT technical projects.
Assist with automation projects.
Provide information to relevant advisors and tax authorities.
Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve routine and ad hoc queries.

ABOUT THE PERSON

At least five years’ experience in a an indirect tax role.
Industry experience advantageous.
A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor.
Strong commercial acumen and a team player.
Ability to act independently and work to tight deadlines.
