If you’re experimental and aren’t afraid to make mistakes, welcome!Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.The Core Job:· Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance in the e-commerce industry.· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.· Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth within the platform.· Perform data analysis using tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights.· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform.· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support the implementation of e-commerce initiatives.· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online experience.· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the e-commerce platform.· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.Education/Experience:· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.· Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-commerce industry.· Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.· Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.· Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.· Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts is highly desirable.· Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices is a plus.We look after our tribe really well!
