- Assist and support products and projects implementation by working closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation timelines, budget and agreed deliverables are met.
- Develop and execute implementation plan including end-to-end process, timeline of each implementation stages and necessary reviews/approvals prior to implementation.
- Ensure implementation is adhered to applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor implementation milestones, identify potential issues/risks and facilitate resolutions.
- On-going engagement with key distribution stakeholders to capture feedback, understand challenges and opportunities to drive improvements.
- Ensure timely response to internal and external stakeholders' queries/requests, provide support in addressing the requests including necessary statistics, data, reporting, etc.
- Participate and be involved in data analytics tasks in order to support business decisions.
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Actuarial.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Life insurance industry especially in the areas of Partnership Distribution, Product Development or Bancassurance, with good knowledge of Life Insurance operations and system set up.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to manage and interact with different stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and business savvy
- Able to work independently to meet deadline
