Because we are convinced that a better world awaits us, our devoted teams works on new technologies like electrified mobility and security for sustainable future within Automotive and other Industries.If you are interested in joining multicultural working environment, shaping collectively new solutions for the future of Automotive, join our teams!Job DescriptionWe are looking for an engineer to join our Service & Quality Team at our office in Guyancourt (78) to become key contact for dedicated customers and products, working closely with the worldwide and European Quality team and supporting our Sales teams.You will oversee all Quality activities from development phase (Quality project management) to mass production phase (customer claim handling) for dedicated customers and products. You will report to the Service and Quality Assurance Manager.Your main missions:During development phase:
  • Demonstrate DENSO process capability to produce parts within specification based on APQP Process management.
  • Build DENSO Quality from development phase by conducting Key activities: process check activity at Customer and DENSO as well as customer application confirmation (installation check)
  • Secure DENSO process audit approval by customer to obtain approved PSW.
During Mass production phase:
  • Manage 0km and Warranty claims. Set-up Quality claim investigation with DENSO manufacturing plant located all over the world with the target to identify Root Cause and implement robust Countermeasure.
  • Coordinate problem solving activities with our plant Quality engineer and engineering department.
  • Perform on site verification to support problem resolution by correct understanding of claim environment.
  • Escalate and report timely to DENSO Europe Headquarter Quality issue.
  • Implement protection activities at customer and DENSO facilities to secure customer production.
  • Conduct Market Analysis to detect potential Quality Issue and solve them quickly.
  • Obtain customer approval of Process/Design change during mass production thanks to robust APQP management.
For these missions, you will set-up and join regular meetings with customers and DENSO teams (manufacturing QA/ Engineering team / Sales and logistic team). You will work in an international and multicultural environment daily.You will also have opportunity to set-up on site verification activities in DENSO manufacturing plant and at customer plant. Regular business trips in France/ Europe and exceptional overseas.QualificationsWhat you’ll need:
  • Engineering Diploma (Mechanicals, Electro-mechanics). If not, longer experience in a similar position
  • Professional experience 2-3 years in Quality engineer position in industrial Sector.
  • Fluent English level (785 TOEIC level)
  • Autonomy, teamwork, communication skills, capacity to manage several activities and work with international teams, good presentation, and negotiation skills.
