- QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Full-time, flexible availability.
- Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
- Authorization to work in Ireland.
- 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
- Strong spoken English capabilities.
- Leading a team of culinary professionals in creating menus and recipes to meet quality standards and expectations.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain budgetary targets.
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff to foster skill development and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
- Continuously evaluating and improving menu offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Ensuring compliance with local health regulations, including sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.
