HR Administration Manager

• Manage and oversee all operations related to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Provide strategic support in the development, implementation, and revision of compensation and benefits policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, ensuring that company practices comply with local and international regulations.
• Supervise and mentor the HR administration team, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to promote professional development.
• Collaborate with other internal teams, such as HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure efficient integration of processes and policies.
• Effectively manage the SAP system and other relevant software tools to optimize payroll and HR administration processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 8 in HR administration roles, with specific focus on payroll and compensation & benefits.
• Deep knowledge of labor and social security legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in the workplace.
• Previous experience in team management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Proficiency in SAP and other HR management software tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data.
