We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating industrial refrigeration projects from conception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.Project Leadership:

Lead and coordinate industrial refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Supervise and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize a technical mindset to understand the intricacies of industrial refrigeration systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.

Client-Facing Role:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and challenges during project execution.

Communication:

Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to both internal teams and clients.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Strong technical background in industrial refrigeration is preferred.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education & Experience

Proven experience in leading industrial projects, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
