- To oversee the smooth running of all departments.
- To be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise in the hotel.
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is always practiced.
- To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
- To assist and carry out training as required and to document the same.
- To attend the weekly head of department meetings.
- To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and any other persons on the premises.
- To observe all safety rules and procedures.
- To undertake a correct handover from the previous shift and be fully aware of all activities in the hotel
- To ensure that all hotel employees on duty are provided with the necessary information in regard to the relevant activities that are taking place in the hotel.
