www.bayou-talent.comLocation : Fo Tan/ TKO/ Chai Wan/ Tsuen Wan工作內容：負責維修及檢查數據中心之風、火、水、電及一般保養工作，包括發電機、 中央冷氣、低壓制櫃及不間斷電源裝置等等協助監察裝修及項目工程進度資歷：持有工業學院電機或屋宇設備工程証書優先持有機電署註冊電業工程人員牌照(A0)優先對數據中心有認識者優先一年或以上大廈/數據中心/電機設備安裝 / 保養經驗，有發電機、中央冷氣或低壓制櫃保養經驗為佳Responsibilities
- Provide critical E&M facilities maintenance and support in Data Center
- Manage contractors, engineers and technical staff for facilities management services
- Ensure the high availability of building/Electricity system
- Handle Periodic Tests for facility equipment
- Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement
- Handle emergency calls for critical E&M facilities
- Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Solid experience in sizable facility maintenance
- Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage
