Position Title Head of Human Capital & Admin Reports To Head of MLSB Position Summary The position manages report directly to Head of MLSB on any matters involving Human Capital & Admin and ensure the Company goals are achieved successfully. To overseeing and liaise with other relevant departments / branch on the recruitment, training and development, working environment and others. Negotiate with Unions (TWU) in Collective bargaining negotiations, handle grievance at work, compensation rates and benefits. The need to deal with Government agencies and Airport authorities in addition to being able to make immediate decisions such as Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (Labor Office), Customs, FCZ, HRDCorp and others. Key Accountability Plays an active role in representing MLSB for any engagement on Human Capital related with MAG Group HC, MK HCBD, BID, government agencies, Transport Workers Union (TWU), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, HRD Corp and other stakeholders. Management Representative (MR) for ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 that must ensure the ISO effectively implemented and maintained and managed to achieve nil NCR and OFI findings during NIOSH Certification audit. Develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies and assist to Head of MLSB. Facilitate and involve with resource planning rationalization at business unit level in execution to medium term planning horizon. Ensure the established governance, control and policy related matters are properly communicated and executed at Department that supports HC planning, budgeting, and reporting processes Qualifications Minimum Degree, Diploma/ STPM/SPM. 3 years related experience (Degree, Diploma/ STPM) or 7 years related experience (SPM). Area of Experience Those who have knowledge in the Company's corporate governance, policies and procedures and understanding of MLSB's structure. Understanding the government and Airport authorities' policy and procedure for any permit or licensing approvals. Personality Traits Result oriented, willing to travel and willing to work with tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and able to work extra hours. Strong leadership and management skills. Well-verse with Employment Act 1955 and (JTK) requirements. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently. Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent judgment including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. #JPKR #JPKR
