We are working exclusively with one of our key clients who are pioneers in the recycling of waste from the construction industry. This role is based at the new state of the art facility recently completed here in Brisbane.The OpportunityTo join this growing business as the Production Supervisor (Night Shift) and assume responsibility for the following items.Key responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the plant during the Afternoon / Evening Shift
Oversee plant safety and compliance
Implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure the plant runs effectively
Handle production and downtime reporting
Oversee a team of plant operators and mobile plant staff in conjunction with the Plant Manager
Complete permits for operators and contractors (Isolation, Confined Space etc)

To be successful:

Previous experience within industrial manufacturing or recycling
Previous supervisor experience
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocol and efficiency optimization.
