- Prepares consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements and provide comments Actual vs. Plan reports
- Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews Business Area investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
- Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
- Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
- Oversees consolidation of balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).
- Analyses, evaluates and ensures up-to-date reports for unit or "Finance&Controlling" management.
- Completes projects concerning improvements of financial processes.
- Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
- Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of finance progressive experience.
- Experience supporting international business operations.
- Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups.
- Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management.
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
- Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Knowledge of SAP, BI and Esprit.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
- Travel: Approximately 20% travel.
