- Proactively implement People &Culture strategy and provide feedback for necessary modifications and standards.
- Monitor and control new hires ensuring compliance with the already set and approved annual manpower plan and headcount.
- Carryout all the operations related to employee’s attendance, leaves, Provident Fund, promotions, transfers, grievances, employees record, etc.
- Effectively serve as a change leader by supporting Sr. Head of Ops and Store Managers.
- Living the METRO Fundamentals and Facilitate a productive work environment that fosters high performance & customer centric approach while providing an exciting & rewarding place to work.
- Deploy local policies & practices to enforce company culture.
- Manage disciplinary issues while ensuring compliance to country labour law and company compliance guidelines.
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on People &Culture related matters to ensure necessary support and seamless business operations.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to define learning interventions to enhance defined capabilities.
- Labor market monitoring, understanding the trends, drawing relevant conclusions and recommendations that impact our talent strategy.
- Ensure proper implementation of performance management system and provide the necessary facilitation and support during exercise.
- Ongoing talent scanning within company and external market to identify talent pools for critical roles based on people discussions and estimated candidates’ trends.
- Maintaining relationships with external talent in a way that keeps them engaged. Leverages 3rd parties – student forums, recruitment providers and job fair.
- Running /organizing interview process including candidates’ selection with hiring managers and offer placement.
- Support and up skill line managers in the talent acquisition process and in interviewing skills.
- Facilitate Comp & Ben team to prepare the payroll on monthly bases.
