education: BachelorsResponsibilitiesImmerse yourself in this tight-knit, collaborative, upbeat, positive, "can-do", interactive Global Operational HR Excellence Program Manager team to provide your Event Planning, Event Logistics, Powerpoint Design expertise, and People Development skills for multiple planned events throughout the summer (peak period)
- Be positioned onsite Monday through Friday with the rest of your team to support the Global CFO's learning and development initiatives
- Support the summer MBA and BA internship program participates
- Support the executives and stakeholders flying into New York throughout the globe for an annual event
- Schedule conference rooms
- Manage calendars
- Ensure food, AV, and materials are all in place for events
- Reserve restaurants and attend after-hour events
- Track attendance and other pertinent information
- Create and design PowerPoint decks
- Provide management reporting when requested
- Attend offsite and after-hour events from time to time. (Subway or taxi costs will be reimbursed and Fridays may be non-work days for weeks with after-hour events)
- Ensure the environment is set up for team building and learning and development
- Powerpoint (5 years of experience is required)
- Audio Video Equipment Exp (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Event Coordination (3 years of experience is required)
- Flexible
- Able to do after hour events (1 year of experience is required)
- Willing to do offsite events (2 years of experience is required)
