Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales , Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.We are looking for a Business Marketing Communications Lead to join our Vietnam team - someone who is strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. This individual should be high-performing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels while partnering with our Southeast Asia marketing community. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns end-to-end, including identifying target segments, designing the customer journey, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.
The ideal candidate has experience in driving innovation, with extensive hands-on experience organizing events and working on cross-functional campaigns with network of stakeholders. A positive and team-focused attitude is a must-have.
This role will report to the Head of Global Business Solutions, SEA.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy to articulate TikTok's value proposition to our partners in a simplified manner. Our key partners include brands, media agencies, creative agencies and industry associations
- Develop messaging and impactful collaterals to convey key messages spread across the content calendar including seasonal moments & always-on
- Work closely with sales, PR, product and other cross-functional teams to drive awareness, reach & key KPIs for the B2B marketing programs owned
- Strategize & activate integrated marketing campaigns including partner training, events, PR, advertising, social media and industry partnerships to engage advertisers and media agencies
- Plan and implement the rollout of advanced CRM marketing programs in market
- Budget Management: Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimising ROI.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Lead a team of high performing individuals covering specialisms including B2B marketing, Marketing and Creative Solutions and Content Solutions. The leader should foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Efficiently manage team resources, ensuring optimal allocation to meet project timelines and objectives as well as individuals' aspirations.
- Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, career development conversations, and identifying training opportunities.
- Regularly evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback and implement strategies for improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy
- 3 years of demonstrated people management experience
- Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) comfortable with presenting ideas to senior stakeholders in English
- Experience in handling projects end to end in a cross functional environmentPreferred Qualifications
- Experience CRM & B2B Marketing preferred
- Proven experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment
