- Management of the product range and marketing activities for the BU/SBU
- Define short, long-term strategy per product categories and positioning in line with headquarters strategy and local market opportunities
- Manage the marketing mix of the main product categories and build short- and long-term product strategies assuring the profitability of the product range
- Track and analyse main KPIs defined to understand status of each product category. Build understanding of category, development and corrective plans
- Co-create annual marketing plan focusing on the group strategic pillars
- Take care of building healthy condition of each product category by analysing product mix with refer to market share and market growth, including taking decision on product delisting.
- Prepare activation plan (NPD projects - local, export Market) per product category in strong collaboration with Customer Marketing Manager
- Drive and coordinate full process of commercialization of innovations/ new products
- Provide guidance and support R&D and technical team in all actions supporting grow of each product category including benchmarking, competitors & market analysis
- Run annual market share exercise based on market data, analysis of competitors, portfolio management, NPD defining
- Develop, with Technical Advisors, finished goods concepts and support customer marketing to adapt to sales channels.
- Prepare and conduct product trainings for business development team
- As member of the pricing committee, define a value-based pricing strategy per category
- Support customer marketing and KAM in the definition of the pricing for Key Accounts and sales channel
- Provide sales team with tools & rationale for price increase in line with companies' pricing strategy and market trends, assure profitability of the categories
- Collaborate with Supply Chain department to secure availability of products
- Develop packaging for SKU produced locally
- Collaborate to CAPEX initiatives

- Min 5 years of experience in Product Management in food industry
- Master or Bachelor degree in Product Management, Marketing, or other relevant needed
- Project management skills with strong focus on results
- Ability to plan and execute actions based on business priorities and according to budget
- Good marketing knowledge (theoretical & practical): up to date with the latest developments in the field of marketing.
- Excellent negotiator, ability to influence the team & organization to achieve project.

- Able to communicate in an engaging and professional manner
