- Supporting the daily activities of the department within defined targets of time and quality.
- Fulfill monthly closing transactions ( Creating invoices of interest , return, price differences from customers / Support Invoices for HQ / VAT refund booking )
- Provide overtime calculation process
- Customer master data creating and changing
- Advance payment booking , payment term extension
- Preparing stamp tax list and follow up bookings
- IT asset tracking for department
- Support to RIC (Risk and Internal Control) process.
- Support of monthly forecasts e.g. revenue, gross profit, expenses and preparation monthly financial reportings / special reportings
- Close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant).
- 3th year student in faculty of economics and business administration sciences or industrial engineering.
- Able to work 2,5-4 days/week in Kartal partly remote
- Good command of written and spoken English (German is an asset).
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills.
- Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis,
