- Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion
- Delivering a high level of customer service to customers via live chat & emails
- Informing customers of ongoing promotions
- Identifying and supporting customers in difficulties they might encounter when visiting our sites
- Providing explanations to customers about products/site/policies
- Keeping up to date with new information/policies
- Building a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Understanding, guiding and supporting clients
- Collaborating with other departments where necessary
- Updating customer account/details with necessary information when needed
- Bilingual - Native in French and fluent in English is a must
- Willingness to work on shifts (8:00 – 17:30, 13:30 – 23:00, 18:30 – 4:00)
