Key Responsibilities: Monitor platform activity and proactively identify and address safety-related concerns, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, and inappropriate content. Review user reports and inquiries regarding safety issues, providing timely and effective responses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Conduct investigations into escalated safety incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate risks. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats to online safety, contributing insights to our ongoing efforts to enhance platform safety. Qualifications: Fluent in German (both written and verbal) is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with users in a compassionate and empathetic manner. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Prior experience in customer support, content moderation, or online safety preferred but not required.
