Manage quality actions linked to the industrialisation and production of products in compliance with specifications.Main Responsibilities:Defining and implementing quality policyLeading quality managers and teams across multiple plant locationsDirect contact with OEM customers including new projects, escalations, audits, etc.Participate in the implementation of the improvement processLead or participate in internal or customer working groupsParticipate in drawing up the site's Progress Plan and make proposals for actions within his/her remitPresent annual quality reviews and objectives to customersMeasure the satisfaction of quality requirements expressed by the customerOrganise supplier performance measurementParticipate in the definition of the necessary equipment and control resources and ensure their management and implementationAuthorise quality deviations (non-compliance with the process, delivery of products that do not precisely meet customer requirements)Prepare and lead the Management ReviewParticipate in FMEAs and represent the organisation at these meetings Profile:University Degree in EngineeringSimilar background in leading quality management teams across multiple plant locationsStrong Automotive production environment experienceExperience in direct negotiations with OEM customersISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standardsExcellent communication skills to ensure good relations with various internal and external contactFluency in English and FrenchStrong team leadership experience, incl. leading quality management teams/departments
