Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of data center operations, including power distribution, cooling systems, fire protection, and physical security, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Maintenance and Upkeep: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and uptime of critical infrastructure components. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring systems and procedures to continuously assess the performance and health of facility systems. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate issues, and proactively address potential risks.Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate risks during critical incidents. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and coordinated responses to emergencies.Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high standards of service delivery and reliability.Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the data center industry, providing guidance and support to ensure ongoing compliance.Multinational company|Fast paced working environment

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in critical facilities management, with a focus on data centers.
Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems design, operation, and maintenance.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and systems, including power distribution, HVAC, fire suppression, and security.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
