- Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast and pipeline scrutiny to ensure customer needs and wants are captured and communicated throughout the organization.
- Participate in projects that enable Sales personnel to spend more time focused on selling and less time resolving issues and chasing information.
- Work as a liaison between manufacturing, finance, service, and sales to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Resolve conflicts. Uncover disconnects. Provide solutions and execute to completion.
- Provide helpful analysis and drive proactive improvements on the quote-to-cash process.
- Drive process improvements, take the lead on regional requirements, and follow through to implementation with the help of virtual teams.
- Track POs, manufacturing schedules, shipments, deliveries, product lead times, and material shortages. Work to resolve issues. Be especially vigilant and drive during quarter-ends.
- Provide meaningful reports to Sales Mgmt. - standard and ad-hoc.
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years of experience, ideally with Salesforce.com or other CRM
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Well organized, results-driven, and eager to handle complex problems.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, fast-changing work environment
