You will be working in a highly-dynamic newly shaped Global brand strategy team that consists of marketing professionals with different career and cultural backgrounds. You will have a unique opportunity to work on a new brand launch in Body Pain in Consumer Healthcare in cross-functional teams, having a wide range of responsibilities and a chance to contribute into building the new purpose-led consumer-inspired brand with your own hands.

External: Communication & design agencies, digital agencies, partnersMain responsibilities:As the Marketing Assistant of the Global Body Pain brand team, you will lead the execution of assigned marketing projects, as part of a team or independently, to deliver upon brand strategies and objectives, in close relationship with the internal and external stakeholders (global cross-functional teams, local brand teams, agencies).
You will be exposed to wide spectrum of marketing which will allow the development of core brand building & development skills to grow in marketing strategy or brand development career paths.
The successful candidate would be highly motivated, eager to learn fast and hungry to deliver results by making a positive impact to the business.
- Support the Global Body Pain brand strategy team with the smooth execution of brand plans and selected brand building initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation
- Support the brand team in innovation pipeline development, incl. product concept development
- Lead assigned marketing projects, including brand launch toolkit development, global master text and artworks updates, global campaign execution, consumer research, internal communication
- Track all brand expenses – the ‘go-to’ person for brand budget management
- Lead key process and tasks management for the brand team, incl. weekly team’s connects
- Approve and manage the promotional comms materials
- Organize event activities, including internal & external events, launch/PR activities and customer/partner activities etc.
Desired Profile :
- 1-2 years of professional experience, in marketing / brand building
- Ideally Junior/Assistant Brand Management experience within FMCG/OTC companies;
- Business/Marketing degree qualified, preferably Master’s;
- English professional fluency mandatory – Other language appreciated
- Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish network fast. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Project management skills - ability to multi-task & manage complex projects effectively
- Can-do attitude, proactive and self-motivated
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Power Point and Excel
