Our mission is to make our games as authentic as possible, and that's why we want YOU. As the next Producer, you will report to the Product Management Lead in our international and diverse group.ResponsibilitiesYou will be the interface between the development team, Legal, Business Development, Art Production, Marketing and DCL.You will oversee the delivery of EA Sports FC's team and player database and all required licensed content.You will collaborate on game feature development, from the conceptual phase to implementation, release, and post-production.You will have a finger on the pulse on the world of football and support the development and release of seasonal campaigns.You will work closely with team colleagues in Canada, Romania and UK.Required QualificationsProduct Manager with 4+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.Strong interest and knowledge of football and the EA Sports FC video game series.Experienced in using data and insights to inform design decisions and planningExcellent English language skills, spoken and written.Excels in communication, teamwork and change management.Used to work in an environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.Take your career to the next level - apply today with a cover letter and CV.BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. º $63,400 - $86,500 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
