- Logging all information into a CRM system and assigning it to the relevant team member
- Liaising with third-party contractors to coordinate works.
- Disseminating information to relevant parties and ensuring that all necessary parties are informed of any changes to schedules.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Actively engaging in conflict resolution
- Knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- The ability to liaise with various stakeholders and third-party contractors.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- A background in utilities, construction or project coordination would be beneficial.
