Job Title: Senior Technical Account ManagerClient Industry: AdvertisingLocation: Hybrid (work from home, onsite once every two weeks, but subject to change) | Co-Working Space is in BGCSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PHTPosition OverviewRecruitGo is in search of a Senior Technical Account Manager who will be working with our client based in London. Our client is an Advertising Services that are passionate about mobile advertising technology, quality creative and polite ad placement.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, has “can do”attitude, drive, energy and personal accountability, has problem-solving attitude and great analytical skills, and can use of insight and other innovative solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness for an improved customer experience and team efficiency.Responsibilities· Lead onboarding of MOBKOI’s developing suite of programmatic products, buy side and sell side, working closely with the Sales, Tech, and Business development team· Provide first-line technical support to internal and external stakeholders on technical solutions to meet campaign benchmarks and KPIs· Ensure creatives set up are accurate and error-free to ensure performance and other requirements are fulfilled· Provide essential support and training for Campaign Managers helping to identify and conceptualize any tag/creatives ad serving requirements and campaign setup· Ensure that publisher testing, across all ad tech aspects is accurately completed· Support day-to-day tasks including campaign setups, pacing checks, and other campaign-related ad-hoc tasksQualifications· 5 to 10 years of experience in Ad Operations or Technical Account Management· Proficient technical knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem (Programmatic experience is a must- DV360 and TTD)· Solid experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS· Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills· “Can do” attitude, drive, energy and personal accountability· Problem-solving attitude and great analytical skills (strong Excel skills)· Use of insight and other innovative solutions to drive efficiency, and effectiveness for an improved customer experience and team efficiencyWhy RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets. Salary: PHP 80,000 – PHP 150,000
