About L’ecole & the positionOpened on Nov 2019, L’école Asia Pacific , School of Jewelry Arts supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, is the first permanent overseas campus outside of Paris, located at K11 Musea, the new landmark in the heart of the Victoria Dockside art and cultural district. L’école Asia Pacific offers the course topics under three main themes of Savoir-Faire, Art History of Jewelry and The Universe of Gemstones with other activities including Workshops for Young People, Evening Conversations and curated Exhibitions.We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for welcoming our students and visitors, as well as to support the team in daily administration and community interaction to ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpfulResponsibilities:
  • Greet students and visitors in person with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Respond to students and visitors ’enquiry by phone & email in a professional manner
  • Prepare and manage cloakroom & reception area for classes and events and keep these areas clean and organized
  • Assist reschedule, registration and sign-in for students and visitors before classes and events
  • Keep time of classes
  • Cashier for bookstore items, and process online registration
  • Manage the traffic counting and collect customer data,
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and assist the team with administrative tasks
  • Assist the logistics and delivery for the team
Qualification:
  • Multilingual communicator both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese); fluent in Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Enthusiastic, confident, organized and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to work on each weekends and public holidays with a stable time availability
  • Client facing attitude with detail focus
