- Successfully plan and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware and devices.
- Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity.
- Provide successful customer training and activation in terms of e-learning, live training and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users.
- Promote and activate initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force about our Wellness Network products and services.
- Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity.
- Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market.
- Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.
- 3+ years' experience in implementation and deployment of software solutions (SAAS).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or similar.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of CRM management.
- Availability to travel in Spain, Portugal and occasionally in Europe.
- Permanent Contract.
