- As Dev Ops Engineer you are responsible for maintaining, developing and designing our modern cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) based on infrastructure as code
- You own our infrastructure performance and availability
- You are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting our system, our infrastructure and our network-related incidents (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- As part of our cross functional tech team you envision, design, implement, maintain and extend our internal SaaS product which is the foundation of our tech company
- You implement and operate monitoring, logging, alerting interfaces in order to empower our engineers to take responsibility over their tasks
- You provide technical expertise and architectural know-how of AWS best practices
- You apply automation where needed, provide self-service abilities to the team and therefore drive innovation in our tech company
- You have 2+ years of experience as Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role
- You are familiar with infrastructure as code technologies (Ansible, Kubernetes, Cloudformation, Terraform, serverless) and modern cloud-based infrastructures (AWS)
- You have hands-on experience with AWS services like IAM, KB, Lambdas, Kinesis, ES, VPC, MongoDB setup, Nginx
- You ideally possess expertise in programming or software engineering and know everything about modern web technologies
- You are highly goal-oriented, work extremely conscientiously and like to work in an agile environment and within cross functional teams
- You share a startup/scaleup mindset, know what it takes to build a tech company and want to understand what is necessary to provide in order to make our products and services better every day
- You are willing to document and keep the current documentation updated
