- Define, Realize and Control the mechatronic parts of E-Power prototypes, POC and demonstrators.
- Insure the respect of the Quality, Cost and Time for all deliveries.
- Develop and continuously improve of methodologies and tooling for all job activities
- Analysis and/or Construction of the specification for the prototypes with the requestor
- Definition of the appropriate solution regarding the context and the needs
- Definition of the planning and the price with the team and the potential external partners
- Acquisition of the materials with purchasing follow-up
- Realization of the prototype (internally or externally with a recurrent follow-up)
- Validation of the prototype
- Deliver the complete prototype with adequate documents to the requestor
- Follow-up with the requestor even after the delivery
- Continuous follow-up of the work with a quality mindset (CPCL, SRDW, Incoming/Outcoming Inspection…)
- Continuous follow-up of the purchasing, inventory, reception and budget
- Continuous follow-up of the timing, risk and anticipate delays
- Creation and continuous follow up of proto, POC, demonstrators documentation for realization (production list - checklist - encoding)
- Definition of methodologies and tooling linked with Plastic Omnium Company processes and instructions
- Maintenance of current methodologies and tooling with a perpetual continuous improvement mindset
- Standardization of methodologies and tooling to improve transferability to other teams/project
- Propose new ideas/tooling or way of working that can improve quality, cost saving, efficiency and profitability
- University degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of mechatronics systems & Batteries
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Mechatronics Systems & batteries, preferably in automotive industry
- Very good knowledge in electricity - B2X and/or B2T authorization is a plus
- Good knowledge in integrated mechanical system with mechatronics & batteries elements
- Good knowledge of vehicle architecture along with good overview of sensors and actuators, experience.
- Organizational and time management skills.
