- Maintain customer direct contact and being a close Business Partner with Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth.
- Team up with other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Being a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.
- Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in order management and customer complaint handling with excellent data entry skills to review quickly and accurately input data.
- Demonstrate ability to resolve customers enquiries proactively and quickly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and SFDC
- Operated in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with problem solving methods.
- Any additional language is a plus.
