As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior team members in executing M&A transactions, conducting industry research, financial analysis, and contributing to client presentations.Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.Conduct market research and industry analysis, particularly within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.Prepare detailed presentations and reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes and ensure client satisfaction.Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities within the TMT sector.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
