- Implement and maintain product marketing & enablement best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of GTMs
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of product marketers and enablement managers, with a laser focus on measurable outcomes, in order to demonstrate impact to the business and identify opportunities to further scale the team for the longer term
- Build and execute, through your team, a product marketing strategy to help improve the success of our solutions in the market through market and competitive knowledge, business impact analysis, product launch and improvement, and release-related internal and external communications including enablement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy
- Ensure the success of product launches, pricing upgrades, and positioning evolution through enablement
- Management & Coaching: Mentor and support the professional development of team members, including conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, and facilitating career growth opportunities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and a positive work culture
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Own the different programs related to intelligence (including the Win/loss program), to ensure valuable insights are leveraged to inform new product development, pricing strategies and overall GTM tactics
- Product Messaging & Positioning: use customer research and competitor intelligence to develop product positioning and messaging, including differentiators and use cases
- Stakeholder Management: work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and regularly present to the Exec & Leadership Level
- Master's degree, completely fluent in English and French,
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful product marketing initiatives
- 1st experience at managing a team of PMMs
- In-depth knowledge of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of product management concepts and processes, including product development life cycles and customer-focused product design
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing product marketing team
